ADPR Connection 2017 Finds Their Fit with Students and Employers

What a week! The Dawgs are ranked number one, students enjoyed a great fall break, and ADPR Connection 2017: Find Your Fit was a booming success.

On Tuesday, October 31 at Tate Grand Hall, many PRSSA members attended the 7^th annual ADPR Connection networking event. The event began at 10a.m. with a coffee hour, and continued with a senior luncheon, three workshops, and then a career fair and downtown mixer to conclude the day.

The purpose of ADPR Connection is to give Grady students the opportunity to showcase their personality, skills and future work ambitions with potential employers in the Public Relations and Advertising industries.

A few employers who attended the event include: MSL Group, Dodge Communications, Jackson Spalding, Southern Company, Edelman, BBDO, Moxie, Nebo, Porter Novelli and more.

If you attended, don’t forget to follow up with the employers you connected with. Also, be sure to thank members of the committee who organized and executed such a rewarding event. To seniors, good luck with your job searches, and to everyone else, hope you come out to ADPR Connection next year!
