Tips for success:

While you review the event schedule and wait for Oct. 22, here are three ways to prepare now to make the most of ADPR Connection.

1. Plan your outfit

The attire for the event is business professional, so get those sharp power suits ready.

2. Bring your resume(s)

With employers available face-to-face, now is the perfect time to give them an impeccable resume and make a strong first impression. The best way to prepare is to have your resume reviewed by the UGA Career Center or anyone else who can give you constructive feedback. Don’t forget to bring multiple copies.

3. Research employers in advance

ADPR Connection has provided a list of employers in advance, so be sure to read up on them, know who interests you most and bring thoughtful questions and talking points.
